Coforge Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 27, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window for designated persons and their relatives will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results declaration.
