Comfort Fincap Recommends 5% Final Dividend

The Board of Directors of Comfort Fincap Ltd has recommended a final dividend of 5% (₹0.10 per share) on equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM date, which will be determined later. The board meeting, held on May 14, 2026, also approved the audited financial statements for FY26.
