Hannah Joseph Hospital Fixes July 8 Record Date for Dividend

Hannah Joseph Hospital Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 15, 2026, has fixed July 8, 2026, as the Record Date for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend. The company also scheduled its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for July 15, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The Board had previously recommended a final dividend of ₹22 per equity share for FY25-26, subject to member approval at the AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid within 30 days of declaration. The remote e-voting period for the AGM will be from July 12 to July 14, 2026.
