Sri Lotus Developers Fixes Record Date for FY26 Final Dividend

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 01, 2026, has fixed September 25, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders for the final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The company also scheduled its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 29, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. Additionally, the Board recommended the appointment of Mr. Paarth Deepak Chheda as an Executive Director for five years from October 01, 2026, and proposed a 1st Interim Dividend of 30% (₹0.30 per share) for FY 2026-27, with a record date of September 11, 2026.
