Sri KPR Industries Sets Record Date for ₹1 Final Dividend

Sri KPR Industries Ltd has announced the record date for the payment of its final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The Board of Directors had recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share of ₹10 each, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026. The company has fixed September 23, 2026, as the record date to determine the entitlement of members to this dividend. Payment, after tax deduction, will be made within 30 days from the AGM to beneficial owners in dematerialised form and physical shareholders as per the register of members on the record date.
