Sri KPR Industries to resume arbitration with Siemens Gamesa

Sri KPR Industries Ltd announced that settlement discussions with M/s. Siemens Gamesa Renewable Private Limited regarding an ongoing dispute have failed. Despite multiple rounds of negotiations in June 2026, an amicable resolution could not be reached. As a result, the company intends to return to the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal to continue the arbitration proceedings. This development follows a series of communications dating back to May 2023 concerning a WTG collapse, legal notices, court petitions, and the appointment of an arbitrator.
