SKIL Infra: 11th CoC meeting adjourned to Sep 23, 2026

SKIL Infrastructure Limited has informed the Exchange about the further adjournment of its Eleventh Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting. The meeting, which originally commenced on September 9, 2026, and had been adjourned multiple times, including to September 21, 2026, is now scheduled to reconvene on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. The CoC meeting will proceed via video conferencing to continue consideration and deliberation on the agenda items placed before it. This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
