Comrade Appliances Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Audited Financial Results on March 31, 2026

Comrade Appliances Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE Limited. The trading window for Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and other Insiders of the Company as covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
