Concord Biotech Allots 10.46 Cr Bonus Shares

Concord Biotech Ltd has announced the allotment of 10,46,16,204 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares. This allotment is in proportion of 1 bonus share for every 1 existing fully paid-up equity share. The record date for this bonus issue was November 04, 2026. Following this allotment, the company's paid-up share capital has increased to Rs. 20,92,32,408/-, comprising 20,92,32,408 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each.
