Confidence Petroleum Board Meeting on Aug 11 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Confidence Petroleum India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Concurrently, the company has informed that the trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
