Confidence Petroleum India Ltd has announced that Gaspoint Petroleum India Ltd, a promoter group entity, has pledged 70,860,975 shares, representing 21.33% of the total share capital. This action was taken on June 3, 2026, for working capital requirements. The pledge is in favor of Shine Star Build Cap Pvt Ltd (8.73%), Confidence LPG Bottling Pvt Ltd (3.35%), and Essenn LPG Bottling Private Limited (9.16%).
