Cords Cable Appoints GVKN & Associates as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Cords Cable Industries Ltd announced at its 35th AGM on September 28, 2026, the approval for the appointment of M/S GVKN & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the company's Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 35th AGM until the conclusion of the 40th AGM. GVKN & Associates will replace M/s Alok Misra & Co., whose second term concluded at the 35th AGM. GVKN & Associates, established in 1999, has over 26 years of experience in various audit and consultancy services.
