Lactose India Appoints Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27

Lactose India Ltd has announced the appointment of Alpesh A. Lakeshri as the Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The decision was approved by the shareholders at a meeting held on September 30, 2026. Mr. Lakeshri is a qualified CMA with experience in cost record preparation and audits under Section 148 of the Indian Companies Act, 2013. He has previously worked with Kirit Mehta & Company and currently signs as Cost Auditor for several companies, including Piramal Pharma Limited and SeQuent Scientific Limited. This appointment is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
