Sampann Utpadan Appoints V Doogar & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Sampann Utpadan India Ltd announced at its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 29, 2026, the appointment of V Doogar & Associates as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 16th AGM until the conclusion of the 21st AGM. The previous auditors, M/s D. Tayal & Jain, have ceased to hold office upon completion of their term. V Doogar & Associates, established in 2024 and based in Gurugram, offers a multidisciplinary approach including audit, assurance, taxation, and advisory services. The firm and its engagement partner meet all eligibility criteria as per the Companies Act, 2013.
