Panther Industrial Products Ltd Appoints RPM G AND ASSOCIATES as Statutory Auditor

This decision was approved by the shareholders at the 38th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. The appointment is effective from the conclusion of the 38th AGM until the conclusion of the 43rd AGM. RPM G AND ASSOCIATES is a chartered accountant firm established in 2010, with its head office in Dwarka, New Delhi, and multiple other offices. The firm has extensive experience in various types of audits and is empanelled with several major banks and C&AG.
