Coromandel Intl: FY26 Audited Results; Final Dividend of ₹2

Coromandel International Ltd's board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They have declared a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share with a face value of Re. 1. The record date for the dividend is July 16, 2026, and payment will be made on or before August 21, 2026. The 64th Annual General Meeting will be held on July 23, 2026. The re-appointment of S R Batliboi & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors is also approved, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, a corporate guarantee of up to USD 15.5 million will be issued for Baobab Mining & Chemicals Corporation.
