Corona Remedies Receives ₹4.87 Cr Demand Notice from NPPA

Corona Remedies Ltd has received a Demand Notice from the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) for an alleged violation of Para 15 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013. The total demand amounts to ₹4,87,97,160 (₹4.87 Crore), including interest and penalty. The issue pertains to prior price approval under DPCO 2013. The company is currently evaluating the notice and will take further steps as per applicable laws. Corona Remedies stated that the demand notice does not have any material financial or operational impact on the company.
