Corporate Merchant Bankers Appoints Statutory Auditors

Corporate Merchant Bankers Ltd announced key appointments following a Board of Directors meeting held on September 8, 2026. M/s. Shweta Jain & Co LLP has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The Board also recommended the appointment of M/s. D D S & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 32nd AGM. Additionally, M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditor for the same five-year period. The company also approved changes to its registered office address and announced the 32nd AGM will be held on September 30, 2026, via VC/OAVM.
