Corporate Merchant Bankers Ltd Board Approves Auditor Appointments & Office Shift

Jay Pandya & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31), both subject to shareholder approval. The company also decided to change the address for maintaining books of accounts and approved the shifting of its Registered Office from New Delhi to Ahmedabad, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
