Cosmic CRF Ltd has submitted its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-2026 and the Notice for its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for Monday, September 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST, to be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also announced that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 21, 2026, to September 28, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM. Remote e-voting will be open from September 25, 2026, 9:00 AM IST, to September 27, 2026, 5:00 PM IST. Mr. Md. Shahnawaz has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
