COSYN Appoints Madhuri Muddana as Independent Director

COSYN Ltd has appointed Ms. Madhuri Muddana as an Additional Director designated as an Independent Director, effective from May 26, 2026, for a tenure of three years, subject to member approval. Ms. Muddana, a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience, is the founding partner of Madhuri & Co., Chartered Accountants. She meets the independence criteria as per Section 149(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations.
