COSYN Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q4 Ended 31st March, 2026

COSYN Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the fourth quarter ended 31st March, 2026. The trading window will be closed for 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the last quarter and financial year. This closure applies to all Promoters/ Promoter Group/ Directors/ KMP/ Employees of the Company including designated persons, insiders and their immediate relatives, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of lnsider Trading.
