Country Condos Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Country Condos Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut from July 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending June 30th, 2026. All individuals subject to the insider trading code, including promoters, directors, KMPs, and their relatives, as well as any other persons in receipt of unpublished price-sensitive information, are prohibited from trading in the company's shares during this period.
