Indong Tea Company Ltd has disclosed that Hariram Garg, a promoter, acquired 16,000 equity shares through on-market transactions between August 24, 2026, and August 29, 2026. Prior to this acquisition, Garg held 26,50,661 shares, representing 13.65% of the paid-up equity share capital. Post-acquisition, his shareholding increased to 26,66,661 shares, constituting 13.73% of the total paid-up equity share capital.
