Country Condos Ltd Closes Trading Window Until After Q4 2025 Results

Country Condos Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the shares of the company. The closure will be in effect from January 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. This decision is in accordance with the Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All promoters, directors, KMP's, their relatives, and any persons in receipt of unpublished price sensitive information are directed not to trade in the company's shares during the closure of the trading window.
