Country Condos Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 13th February 2026 to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The board will also discuss a merger proposal and consider appointing registered valuer(s), merchant banker(s), legal counsel(s), or any other professional(s) for the proposed merger. Any other matter with the permission of the chair will also be discussed.
