Cranes Software International Ltd has filed its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. The report includes the Notice for the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026, to be held via Audio Visual means. The AGM agenda includes the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY25-26, and the special business of re-appointing Mr. Asif Khader as Managing Director & Chairman for a further five-year term.
