Cranes Software International Limited has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 01:30 PM. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Video means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the company will seek approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Asif Khader as Managing Director & Chairman for a period of five years (September 7, 2026, to September 6, 2031) and the redesignation of Ms. Akthar Begum from Independent Director to Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director.
