Creative Castings Fixes AGM Date, Sets Record Date for ₹12.50 Dividend

Creative Castings Limited has announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 1, 2026, has fixed the date for its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 26, 2026. The company has also set September 19, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining voting rights for the AGM and remote e-voting. Furthermore, the same date, September 19, 2026, has been designated as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to a final dividend of ₹12.50 per equity share (125%) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to its declaration at the AGM.
