Creative Castings Reappoints Jignesh Thanki as Non-Executive Director

Creative Castings Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Jignesh Shashikant Thanki as a Non-Executive Director at its 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2026. Mr. Thanki, who holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree and has approximately 31 years of experience in engineering and technology, will continue to contribute to the board's discussions on technical and operational matters. He is not related to any other director on the board. His re-appointment is for a term liable to retire by rotation, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the company's Articles of Association.
