D.P. Abhushan Ltd: Corrigendum to EGM Notice for Preferential Issue

D.P. Abhushan Limited has issued a corrigendum to its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) notice scheduled for October 29, 2026. The corrigendum addresses changes to the proposed allottees in a preferential issue of 8,66,434 Equity Shares and 30,35,711 Equity Warrants, initially approved by the board on October 5, 2026. The board, in its meeting on October 23, 2026, approved the substitution of certain allottees. Vedcroft Ventures Private Limited and Deepak Gadia are replaced by Samiksha Mogra, Devendra Sharma, Jai Kishan Jasmatiya, Pawan Kripashankar Gupta, and Gayatri Dharmendra Prajapat. The total value of shares to be allotted to the replaced allottees was ₹1,60,08,850.00, and the new allottees will receive shares valued at ₹1,50,00,000.00. All other terms of the preferential issue remain unchanged.
