D.P. Abhushan Board Approves Allottee Changes for Preferential Issue

D.P. Abhushan Limited's Board of Directors met on October 23, 2026, approving the substitution of proposed allottees for a preferential issue. Vedcroft Ventures Private Limited and Deepak Gadia were replaced by Samiksha Mogra, Devendra Sharma, Jai Kishan Jasmatiya, Pawan Kripashankar Gupta, and Gayatri Dharmendra Prajapat.
