Cressanda Railway Solutions Appoints New Director, Accepts Resignation

Cressanda Railway Solutions Ltd announced a change in its management structure. The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Kapil Gautam as a Non-Executive Director, effective May 19, 2026, and as a committee member for Corporate Social Responsibility and Risk Management from June 11, 2026. The board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Satya Prakash from his position as Independent Director, effective June 11, 2026, due to personal reasons. These changes are subject to shareholder approval.
