Crimson Metal Engineering Appoints Additional and Whole-time Director

Crimson Metal Engineering Company Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sharma as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director. The appointments were approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on July 24, 2026. Mr. Sharma, who holds a B.Com degree and has 27 years of experience, will serve as an Additional Director until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. He will also serve as Whole-time Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sharma is not debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority and is not related to any existing directors.
