CSL Finance AGM on Sep 19; Record Date Sep 12 for ₹10 Dividend

CSL Finance Ltd has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 19, 2026, at 12:30 PM IST via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The agenda includes adopting audited financial statements for FY26, declaring a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share, re-appointing Ms. Rachita Gupta as a whole-time director, and approving the re-appointment of Mr. Rohit Gupta as Managing Director for a five-year term from August 10, 2027, with remuneration not exceeding ₹84 lakh per annum. Additionally, the company will seek approval for alterations to its Articles of Association concerning the appointment of a Nominee Director by the Debenture Trustee.
