CSL Finance Fixes Record Date for ₹10 Dividend

CSL Finance Ltd has announced Saturday, September 12, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend is subject to declaration by the members at the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The company's Board of Directors had previously recommended this final dividend.
