This action is in compliance with Regulation 8(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Code, effective from August 12, 2025, outlines the company's framework for ensuring timely and adequate disclosure of price-sensitive information to maintain transparency and prevent misuse.
