CSM Technologies to hold 27th AGM on Sep 29, 2026

CSM Technologies Limited has announced its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will address ordinary business including the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-2026, declaration of a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (confirming an interim dividend of ₹0.60 per share), and the reappointment of Ms. Lagna Panda as a director. Special business includes changing the status of Mr. Priyadarshi Pany from a director not liable to retire by rotation to one who is liable. Remote e-voting will be available from September 26 to September 28, 2026. The cut-off date for eligibility is September 22, 2026.
