Cube Highways Trust has disclosed the outcome of its Board meeting held on August 14, 2026, which included the valuation report of its assets as of June 30, 2026. The independent valuer, Ernst & Young Merchant Banking Services LLP, reported an Enterprise Value of INR 366,593 million and an Equity Value of INR 201,016 million. The Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit as of June 30, 2026, was computed at INR 149.56 for 1,344 million total outstanding units.
