Cube Highways Trust SPV Concession Period Ends Sept 2026

Cube Highways Trust has disclosed a material issue regarding its Special Purpose Vehicle, Andhra Pradesh Expressway Private Limited (APEPL). The concession period for APEPL, which operates on NH-44 (erstwhile NH 7) between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, is set to expire on September 14, 2026. APEPL has commenced the contractual handover process to the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The company is evaluating permissible options for APEPL's future under SEBI InvIT Regulations, subject to approvals. APEPL was incorporated in 2005 and operates under a Hybrid Annuity Model.
