Kanchan Saraogi has acquired 8,900,000 equity shares in Cubical Financial Services Ltd through a preferential allotment on September 7, 2026. This acquisition represents 9.46% of the company's total issued and paid-up share capital. The total value of the transaction is Rs. 13,03,40,000.
