Aimann Salim Govani Acquires 0.12% Stake in MSL Global

Aimann Salim Govani and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired 25,000 equity shares, representing 0.12% of the paid-up share capital of MSL Global Limited. This acquisition was made on the open market. Following the transaction, the total shareholding of the acquirer group, including promoter/promoter group entities, has increased to 19.45% of the total diluted share capital. The disclosure was made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
