Sausan Mohammedali Bukhari Acquires 25,000 MS Global Shares

Sausan Mohammedali Bukhari and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired 25,000 equity shares of MS Global Limited, representing 0.12% of the paid-up share capital. The acquisition was made on the open market. Following this transaction, the total shareholding of Sausan Mohammedali Bukhari and PACs in MS Global Limited increased to 19.45% (41,65,523 shares) from 17.54% (37,55,973 shares) before the acquisition. The total diluted share capital of the company remains at 2,14,19,487 shares.
