Krishna Prasad Chigurupati has disclosed the sale of 1,72,00,000 equity shares of Granules India Limited on September 11, 2026, via a block deal. This transaction represents 6.94% of the total share capital and 6.31% of the diluted share capital. Following the sale, his holding in the company has reduced to 5,96,08,111 equity shares, accounting for 24.06% of the total share capital and 21.85% of the diluted share capital. The sale involved participation from prominent institutional investors, including Capital Group and Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance.
