Salim Govani Acquires 1.45% Stake in MSL Global

Salim Pyarali Govani and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired 309,550 equity shares, representing 1.45% of the paid-up share capital of MSL Global Limited. The acquisition was made on the open market. Following this transaction, the total shareholding of Salim Pyarali Govani and PACs in MSL Global Limited has increased from 17.54% to 19.45%. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 2,14,19,487 shares.
