Cubical Financial Services: Open Offer for 26% Shares at ₹2.50

Corporate Makers Capital Limited, the manager to the offer, has announced an open offer for the acquisition of up to 3,77,44,200 equity shares of Cubical Financial Services Limited, representing 26% of the emerging equity and voting share capital. The offer price is ₹2.50 per share. The acquirers are Mr. Manoj Agrawal and Mr. Amit Kumar Saraogi, along with persons acting in concert. This offer complies with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
