Cummins India Ltd has announced its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 06, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs circulars. Members holding shares as of July 30, 2026, will be eligible to attend.
