Cupid Ltd: Promoter Acquires 11 Lakh Shares, Stake Rises to 33.88%

Cupid Limited has disclosed a significant transaction under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. Mr. Aditya Kumar Halwasiya, Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director, acquired 11,00,000 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each in the open market. This acquisition increases his total shareholding to 45,558,2093 equity shares, representing 33.88% of the total equity share capital. The total diluted share capital of the company post-acquisition is valued at approximately ₹134.70 crore. This disclosure is made in compliance with substantial acquisition of shares and takeovers regulations.
