Cupid Ltd Promoter Acquires 5.9 Lakh Shares

Cupid Limited has informed the BSE about a disclosure made by its Promoter, Chairman, and Managing Director, Mr. Aditya Kumar Halwasiya, in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Mr. Halwasiya acquired 5,90,000 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each in the open market. This acquisition represents 0.04% of the total share capital. Following this transaction, his total shareholding, along with the Promoter Group, stands at 46.87% of the total equity share capital.
