Cupid Ltd: Promoter Acquires 8.03 Lakh Shares

Cupid Limited has informed the BSE about a disclosure received from its Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Aditya Kumar Halwasiya, regarding the acquisition of 8,03,000 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each in the open market. This acquisition represents 0.06% of the total share capital. Following this transaction, Mr. Halwasiya's total shareholding, along with other Promoter/Promoter Group entities like Columbia Petro Chem Private Limited, now stands at 46.40% of the total equity share capital.
